Before You Reserve
Studio policies that protect your time and ours
Read the terms that apply before choosing a rental category. Additional category-specific terms appear on the booking product.
Booking and Payment Requirements
- Wrestling Training requires at least 12 hours’ advance notice.
- Personal & Independent Filming requires at least 12 hours’ advance notice.
- Commercial Production requires at least 24 hours’ advance notice.
- Walk-ins and last-minute text requests are not accepted. A studio time is reserved only through the online booking system.
- Payment is required when booking. The reservation is not confirmed until checkout has been completed.
- Rental rates, refundable deposits, and the amount collected at checkout are displayed on the applicable booking product.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Plans change, but the studio time has been held exclusively for the reservation.
- Wrestling Training requires at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule and 12 hours’ notice to cancel.
- Personal & Independent Filming requires at least 12 hours’ notice to reschedule and 12 hours’ notice to cancel.
- Commercial Production requires at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule and 48 hours’ notice to cancel.
- A cancellation made after the applicable deadline, or failure to appear, may result in loss of the booking payment and may affect future booking eligibility.
- Use the original reservation email to cancel or reschedule.
Late Arrival and Overage
- Arrival 15 minutes after the scheduled start time is treated as a no-show.
- A late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time.
- Additional studio time is not guaranteed and may create an overage charge when permitted.
- Leave sufficient time during the reservation for cleanup, breakdown, and removal of personal equipment.
Studio Use and Responsibility
- The person making the reservation is responsible for the booking, attendees, and accurate selection of the rental category.
- Everyone entering during a filming reservation counts toward the applicable attendance limit.
- Renters are responsible for damage, missing property, excessive cleanup, unauthorized attendance, and other documented costs caused by their reservation.
- Category-specific eligibility, deposit, and attendance rules are displayed before checkout.
