We ship tangible merchandise and physical media, including DVDs, within the United States only.

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email

🇺🇸 Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

• A flat rate of $9.00 applies to all domestic orders under $100 that include DVDs and/or merchandise
• Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping (U.S. only)
• We use standard shipping services via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your package

💵 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order’s total value:

• Under $100: $9 flat rate
• $100 or more: Free shipping (automatically applied at checkout)

📦 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, contact us immediately via our contact form. We’ll work directly with the carrier to help resolve the issue and ensure you’re taken care of.
