How do you ship?
Within the United States, we ship via USPS First Class Mail. For most other countries, we ship USPS International First Class Mail. Please note that often multiple carriers are involved in international shipments.
Can I order a DVD even if I have not purchased the streaming version of the video?
Yes. We will add the purchase price to the invoice and if you have a WW account, we will give you access to the streaming version.
Do I have to purchase the streaming version of the video before I order a DVD?
No. We will invoice you for the purchase price, then give you access to the streaming version if you have a WW account.
