Booking Requirements

• All bookings require a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

• No walk-ins, no last-minute texts — if you didn’t book it through the link, it’s not happening.

• Rates for each appointment type are built into the booking system, are visible when you schedule and are per person unless commercial.

• Payment is due when booking and is non-refundable unless cancelled within the time limits listed below.

Cancellation Policy

We get it — plans change. But we run a tight ship, and we need to protect the space, the schedule, and the time we’ve set aside for you.

Notice Required

• Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.  72 hours for commercial reservations.

• If you cancel within 12 hours (72 hours for commercial) of the appointment or simply don’t show up, the fee may not be refunded and it may impact your ability to book in the future.

• Arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a no-show.
• Use the reservation email sent to you to cancel or reschedule.
