Commercial Filming Reservation - 4 Hours

This is intended for established companies or production crews filming content for their own branded websites, streaming platforms, or media businesses. It may include shoots with multiple crew members, multi-camera setups, or where professional lighting, audio, or staging is involved.

If you're producing for personal use or for platforms like OnlyFans, please select the Individuals for Profit & Private Events category instead.

📌 Commercial Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Full payment is required at the time of booking.

• This booking covers exclusive use of the studio for your selected duration.

• Pricing is a flat fee and includes up to 12 total individuals on set (talent, crew, etc.).

❌ Cancellations:

• You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment.

• Rescheduling may be allowed, at the studio’s discretion and subject to availability.

⏱️ Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

• Your session will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of arrival time.

• No-shows are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

• Commercial rentals are expected to arrive on time, be prepared, and respect the booking window.

• Excessive lateness, over-capacity usage, or policy violations may impact your ability to book in the future.
