Individuals for Profit and Private Events - 3 Hours

This is for individuals who are reserving the studio for creating content intended to make profit, (think OF, meetfighters, watchfighters, or other PPV sites) and private events, but are not a production company. 

📌 Booking & Cancellation Policy

• A deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit is equal to the per-person rate and applies toward the cost of the studio rental.

• The deposit is non-refundable unless canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled session.

🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations:

• You may cancel or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before the session.
  👉 Use the links provided in your confirmation email to make changes.

• Cancellations and rescheduling are not allowed within 12 hours of your appointment.
  If you miss your session or need to cancel inside this window, please contact us.

⏱️ Late Arrivals & No-Shows:

• If you are 15 minutes or more late, you are considered a no-show.

• No-shows forfeit the deposit, but may still be allowed to reschedule at management's discretion.

• If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

• Repeat no-shows or late arrivals may lose booking privileges in the future.

• You are reserving limited studio time. Late cancellations and no-shows reduce availability for others.

• If you’re unsure you can attend, please wait to book until your schedule is confirmed.
