Independent Creator Package

Discounted flat-rate filming for up to seven people

This package is intended for qualifying individuals and small, self-funded groups producing their own content.

  • The rental price is flat and covers up to seven people total.
  • Everyone entering during the reservation counts toward the seven-person limit.
  • Performers, camera operators, photographers, assistants, observers, and guests all count.
  • Content may be promotional, creative, or monetized through a third-party creator or marketplace platform.
  • Productions involving eight or more people must use Commercial Production.

Who qualifies for the discount?

The renter must be producing the content for themselves or their own informal creator group. The discounted rate does not apply to work funded or commissioned by an outside client, company, production studio, advertiser, or dedicated commercial content operation.

Payment and reservation confirmation
  • This category must be booked at least 12 hours before the requested start time.
  • The appointment is not confirmed until the required booking information is completed and checkout payment is successful.
  • The selected duration determines both the studio time and the amount charged.
  • Booking the wrong category may require additional payment or cancellation before studio use.
  • The person completing checkout is responsible for the accuracy of the booking information.
Refundable security deposit

The refundable deposit is included in the checkout total. It is not an additional charge collected later.

  • The deposit may be applied to rental overage, damage, excessive cleanup, unauthorized attendance, missing property, or other documented charges.
  • Any remaining deposit balance will be refunded after the reservation has been completed and the studio has been inspected.
  • If applicable charges exceed the deposit, the renter remains responsible for the additional amount.
  • Refund processing time after issuance is determined by the renter’s payment provider.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
  • Rescheduling requires at least 12 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellation requires at least 12 hours’ notice.
  • Cancellations after the applicable deadline may result in loss of the booking payment.
  • Arrival 15 minutes after the scheduled start time is treated as a no-show.
  • A late arrival does not extend the scheduled ending time.
  • Use the original booking confirmation to cancel or request a reschedule.
Overage, setup, and cleanup
  • Setup, filming or training, cleanup, and removal of personal equipment must all occur within the reserved time.
  • Additional time is not guaranteed and may be refused when another reservation follows.
  • Approved overage may be charged according to the applicable studio rate.
  • The studio must be returned to the condition in which it was provided.
Attendee and property responsibility
  • The booker is responsible for all attendees and guests connected with the reservation.
  • Unauthorized attendees may be denied entry or charged under the applicable package terms.
  • Renters are responsible for damage to the ring, studio, equipment, fixtures, or other property caused during their reservation.
  • Personal property left at the studio is not guaranteed to be stored or returned.
