Weekend Wrestling fades in on Asher Strand showing off that long, shredded 6'3" frame like the ring already belongs to him, only for Ricky Vegas to invade the shot in pink briefs and immediately turn the pose-down into a challenge. The contrast is obscene in the best way: Asher is the tall, carved-out hunk who looks built to dwarf people, while Ricky is the 4'8", tightly packed little menace whose whole appeal is making bigger men regret underestimating him. Both are only in their second WW appearances, and this one leans hard into that big-vs-little tension, with bare feet on the canvas, tight briefs, and two newcomers fighting over a status that may not officially exist but clearly matters to both of them. Asher treats the little guy like an irritation at first, which is exactly the kind of mistake Ricky loves to exploit, and Ricky’s nasty streak makes every cheap shot, every sudden turn, and every bit of leg-targeting feel like a personal insult wrapped in a power grab.
What makes this match such a sexy little war is how often the size advantage flips into humiliation and back again. Asher uses his strength the way fans want him to—showing off with bearhugs, overhead presses, squat presses, human bicep curls, and those long, carrying displays that make Ricky look tiny in his arms—while Ricky keeps dragging the bigger man into the exact kind of trouble that turns dominance into vulnerability. The pink-and-red brief contrast, the barefoot visuals, the cocky flexing, the humiliating trunk pulls, the low blows, and the way Ricky keeps chewing at Asher’s legs all feed that fantasy of a smaller, meaner hunk surviving by making the taller stud suffer in more beautiful ways. And when Ricky gets downright bratty—riding Asher like a pony and spanking his muscular bottom—the match stops feeling like a normal contest and starts feeling like a challenge to Asher’s dignity. Then Asher answers with force again, and the whole thing becomes a provocative tug-of-war of control, punishment, and display, with both men looking way too good every time one of them gets bent, lifted, carried, stretched, or humiliated.

Brendan was too soft with Brody! Fake movements, fake pain on the faces, fake, fake..... Normally, when Brendan is brutal, someone will "scream on the spit" at the end of the match!
Brendan Byers always dominates every opponent Weekend Wrestling serves up to him. I was glad to see Brody Merritt teaming with BBB in dismantling Scrappy. TBH, I've never liked Scrappy and so, it was fun watching him get worked over by two of my faves. Great video and great action. Thank you,Weekend Wrestling, and thank you, Weekend Wrestlers!
Once again, my guy Brody Merritt gets trounced and tormented by his opponent. It's not that I don't enjoy watching Brody suffer, but I do like a good back-and-forth battle where both wrestlers get to show their versatility. Great action! Both men played their roles well. But I do prefer seeing All-Star Super Brody come out on top.
