Frustration turns physical when Jag finds Dante Vice sleeping through responsibilities yet again and decides the only place to settle it is on the canvas. The contrast between them gives the match its heat. Dante is all oversized muscle, smug energy, and overgrown-child arrogance, a bodybuilder hunk whose commitment to training is unquestioned even if his discipline everywhere else clearly is not. Jag is just as serious about fitness, but steadier, sharper, and visibly fed up. Once he marches Dante to the ring, that irritation becomes a hard, physical contest where both men put their strength, conditioning, and pride on display. The camera makes the most of every shift in control, catching the way each wrestler’s body tightens, flexes, and arches under pressure, with Dante making sure to cockily pose for the lens whenever he has the advantage.
The action is built around punishing control and the kind of submissions that leave both studs writhing in full view. Fans can expect armbars, modified chin locks that blur into sleeper-hold pressure, stretching leg locks, modified spladles, stomps to the midsection, bodyslams that shake the building, a full nelson, heavy shoulder blocks in the corner, spine-rattling suplexes, bow and arrow punishment, blatant illegal chokes, a kneeling dragon sleeper, torture rack, Boston crab, modified crucifix variations, and a strong emphasis on groin-stretching holds that make the struggle look especially intense. What gives the match its allure is the back-and-forth between control and resistance: Dante’s arrogance when he’s on top, Jag’s focused aggression when he takes that control away, and the sight of two muscular hunks being forced into their most vulnerable, breathless, flexing states as the punishment keeps mounting.
This is arguably one of the best squash matches Weekend Wrestling has produced; both wrestlers are talented performers who assume their roles well and put on a very enjoyable bout! Byers is a formidable heel who expertly takes Dante apart from start to finish, and Dante is the doomed jobber who never stood a chance due to a leg injury! Byers applies underhanded tactics to secure an unfair victory, frequently going for Dante’s weakened leg and his balls! He repeatedly puts Dante in humiliating holds and puts him to sleep only to wake him up again; I love how often Byers begins to pin Dante but pulls him up at the last second to continue the one-sided match! Dante sells defeat very well, and it is obvious that Byers enjoyed toying with him! A couple friendly critiques: I wish this match had been a little lengthier, and I would have liked Byers to pull/play with Dante’s hair more throughout the match! It would also be very exciting for many fans if there was a sequel match where Byers further humiliated and defeated Dante in an unfair fashion! In conclusion, this is a great round that is worthy of five stars and is a must have for fans of squash matches!
Both wrestlers have impressive physiques. The trash talking is very clever-really enjoyable to watch the back and forth
Fun Match between the two especially with the eqiupment. Great back and forth!!
