Cash Kellogg doesn't like to be disturbed when taking a selfie. He especially doesn't like anyone photo-bombing his selfies. That clearly doesn't stop an inmate like Mo Manson from interrupting him for playtime. See, a guy the size of Mo does pretty much what he wants when he wants and with whom he wants to do it with and that includes a buff statuesque of a sexy hunk like Kellogg.
