Jack 'JBW' Worthington vs Drew Harper
When it comes to cheap shots, there isn’t anyone more skilled or crafted at handing them out than JBW. But since part of the thing that makes him an expert in the field is always looking for just the right opening, you’d think he wouldn’t have made the a rookie-level mistake and turn his back on Drew Harper. Drew rarely misses a chance to capitalize on an opponent and this time is no exception. Calling JBW a ‘small guy’, Drew corners JBW and immediately goes to work on him. Some well placed shoulders into the mid-section doubles the tatted southern boy over and the gut work continues with an onslaught of fists and forearms. JBW is in all kinds of trouble as Drew climbs the ropes to work a chin-lock, sleeper and full nelson on the defenseless tough guy. Drew has complete authority over his opponent and imposes his will by ramming JBW’s back against the ring post on the outside of the ring. Most wrestlers would have surrendered there and then, but JBW isn’t the average wrestler and in the blink of an eye he gathers his strength and reverses the momentum into his favor with an armbar and a choke using Drew’s own wrist tape. He lets loose a fury of rage on his larger opponent, making sure Drew knows that he’s getting dominated by the “small guy”. Submission hold after agonizing submission hold, strike after deadly strike, Harper continues to get back up. Is there anything that can keep this big dude down?
